Bethaney took up the last of the DragonBlades, hoping to capture, into her Blade, one of the last remaining Ancient Dragon souls in this world. With this power she will become one of the few that can stop the Kingdom Wars by personal force and will alone, in the wrong hands total obliteration will result. Yet, the hardest part is still to come. The Dragon Blade would only capture the souls of those Ancients willing to be controlled - and no Dragon has ever obeyed a human master willingly. Bethaney knew of a lake where an Ancient dwelled, she went there in hopes of seeing the Ancient, Cumulosirin. Days have gone past, and no dragon appeared to her, and everyday she spent in search of this Ancient, a day is lost to the ruination of the Kingdom realms at war. Bethaney suddenly remembered the tales of Cumulosirin- The Ancient Dragon was not a serpent of water... but of sky! The Dragon Blade suddenly blazed into colour and magic. Bethaney looked up... The Ancient loomed... it was so much greater than she'd imagined... and so much smarter. He had been watching her for days, within the clouds and the magic it had surrounded itself with. Bethaney had been the first human to ever spot and acknowledge his presence. The Lady approached the edge of the shining lake... and thats where the tale ends. Artist:  Please don't  here! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
